Its very sad that netas,MPs or MLAs get admitted to private hospitals and creates dictats which don't allow these government hospitals to improve their system.Take the example of CPM leader Jyoti Basu.he did not bring any improvement to the state of west bengal crippling the state day by day.He was the former Cm of bengal but have preffered govt hospitals to private ones when he needed medical treatments ..........no.
